Amato lived in New England, making pizzas there for 16 years before selling his shops and moving to Florida.

He wanted to get away from the cold and enjoy the sunshine, but he couldn’t stay away from bringing great pizza to the people of Brevard County.

He opened up John’s Sweet Tomatoes in 2000 and is now a Brevard County favorite – serving up authentic, handmade pizzas and delicious cuisine for you and your family.
