Brevard County School Board Members and Superintendent Serve as Substitutes as Some Teachers Join Tallahassee Protest

SPACE COAST DAILY TV: Brevard Public Schools board member Matt Susin, who served as a substitute teacher at Rockledge High School on Monday, spoke to Space Coast Daily’s Chris Bonanno about his time at the school, the need for more substitute teachers in Brevard and what he’s most looking forward to accomplishing in 2020 on the board.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – All members of the Brevard County School Board and superintendent Mark Mullins served as substitute teachers on Monday at area public schools. 

The six individuals served as substitute teachers against the backdrop of an organized protest from educators in Tallahassee that urged legislators to put more money into education.
