BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College baseball team has released its schedule for the 2020 season.

The Titans, who are coming off a 31-win season in head coach Jason Arnold’s first season, will have 27 home games beginning Jan. 24 against St. John’s River.

Eastern Florida State College brings back six players who contributed to the team’s success last season including infielder Alejandro Rodriguez, who hit .328 as a freshman, and Connor Brian, who made 12 starts and was 6-2 with a 2.13 ERA.

The Titans will open the Southern Conference season Feb. 19 with a three-game series with defending conference champion Miami Dade. Last season the Titans finished one game behind the Sharks and missed the postseason after losing in a playoff with Broward College.

“This spring’s schedule will be a tough test for us right out of the gate,” Arnold said. “There won’t be any time to ease into things. We will need to be ready to go from day one.”

Home games are played at Bruce Bochy Field on the Melbourne campus of Eastern Florida State College and admission is free.
