Weather Forecast Shows Conditions 50-Percent Favorable For Monday’s SpaceX Launch From Cape Canaveral

BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – SpaceX is targeting Monday morning for the Starlink 3 rocket launch from Cape Canaveral.

Launch is targeted for 9:49 a.m. ET.

Weather forecast shows conditions are 50-percent favorable for launch, according to the 45th Weather Squadron.

The launch was postponed on Thursday due to inclement weather forecast in the recovery area.

Starlink 3 will carry the fourth batch of approximately 60 satellites for SpaceX’s Starlink broadband network.

After liftoff, SpaceX will attempt to recover the first-stage booster engine on a drone ship ‘Of Course, I Still Love You’ stationed out in the Atlantic.
