President Trump to serve as Grand Marshal

The 62nd Daytona 500 will open the 2020 NASCAR season with President Trump serving as Grand Marshal of the race.

DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA – The 62nd Daytona 500 will open the 2020 NASCAR season with President Trump serving as Grand Marshal of the ‘Great American Race.’

President Donald Trump will be in person giving the worlds famous words, “Drivers, start your engines.”

He is the first President to give one of the sports world’s most famous words.

Ricky Stenhouse, in the No. 47 Kroger Chevy, has the pole. Joining Stenhouse on the front row is Alex Bowman, who will be driving the No. 88 Valvoline Hendricks Chevy on the outside lane.
