TAMPA, FLORIDA – In their final road game of the season, the Florida Tech Panthers fell to the Tampa Spartans 83-55.

Fanny Hakanson was a force on the offensive end as she had a team-high 16 points and tied Amanda Allen and Fanny Paulin for the most assists with three. Severine Uggen and Paulin pulled in the most rebounds (5) for the Panthers.

Despite the loss, a few celebratory moments surfaced in the contest as both Gudluag Juliusdottir and Hakanson move into the Panthers’ all-time top-10 in assist and Hakanson is now seventh in single-season assists. Allen also etched her name into the history books thanks to her three treys she is now 10th in a single season with 54.

Florida Tech will be back at home for its final game of the regular season Saturday, Feb. 22, as the women welcome Nova Southeastern to the Clemente Center for a 2 p.m. ET showdown.
