Kennedy Nolan Sets New Florida Tech Record in Day Two of SSC Championships

Kennedy had Time of 57.10 in 100-butterfly race

CLEARWATER, FLORIDA – Florida Tech swimming finished day two of the SSC Championships at Long Aquatic Center on Friday. On the women’s side, Kennedy Nolan set a new school record in the 100-butterfly with a time of 57.10.
Florida Tech recorded a 6th place finish in the 200-yard freestyle relay. The race was participated by Nicole Rautemberg, Carter Juskevich, Mikaela Barger, and Savannah Brennan.
In the same event, the men were able to earn 4th place (1:22.26) with Kerry Ollivierre, Noah Emerson, Farran Barker, and Daniel Aizenberg.
Savannah Brennan competed in the 400-yard IM earning a time of 4:25.81 for a 5th place finish.
After winning the prelims, Nicole Rautemberg earned a 6th place finish recording a time of 1:53.17 in the finals.
In the 400-yard medley relay, the women finished 6th with Gabija Karosas, Carter Juskevich, Kennedy Nolan, and Nicole Rautemberg recording a time of 3:56.05.
The men, finished 4th with Daniel Aizenberg, Dain Rust, Reston Bartlett, and Noah Emerson registering a 3:18.79 time.
The Crimson and Gray will continue the SSC Championships in day three at Long Aquatic Center. The prelims will start at 10 a.m. and resuming at 6 p.m. for the Finals.
