POLICE: Two Injured in Shoot-Out from Vehicles on South Deleon Avenue in Titusville

Shooting took place about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday

The Titusville police responded to multiple reports of shots fired in the areas of Queen Street and Elizabeth Avenue, South Deleon and Sprout Lane and 500 Rock Pit Road all within seconds of each other about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA –  The Titusville police responded to multiple reports of shots fired in the areas of Queen Street and Elizabeth Avenue, South Deleon and Sprout Lane and 500 Rock Pit Road all within seconds of each other about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. 

There are two victims with injuries, according to police reports.

According to police, the initial investigation has revealed that shots were fired from two vehicles that were involved in an altercation and headed southbound on Deleon Avenue.

A third vehicle, not involved in the altercation and heading northbound on Deleon Street was struck by gunfire and subsequently crashed.

Titusville police officers have now secured the scenes.

More information will be released as the investigation is active and ongoing.
