Three Holy Trinity Student-Athletes Sign Commitments to Play College Athletics

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Three Holy Trinity student-athletes signed commitments last Wednesday during National Signing Day to play college athletics.

Congratulations go to Marissa Spies, who committed to Emory University for swim; Kevin Chandler, who will play football for the United States Air Force Academy; and Trey Palmer, who will play football for Florida Tech.

“Their commitments to these outstanding schools demonstrate not only their tremendous athletic accomplishments but their dedication to their academic careers as well – way to go, Tigers,” said Holy Trinty school officials and coaches.

Chandler was recently named the Space Coast Daily–Friday Night Locker Room 2019 Prep Football All-Star Team.

He did it all on the football field for Coach Nate Hooks’ Tigers and was one of those players that you just couldn’t take off the field. as number 23 had to be accounted for by the opposition on every single play.

Chandler completed the season with 905 yards rushing, 904 yards receiving, 217 return yards, 24 TDs, 49 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, three sacks and three interceptions.
