BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service in Melbourne forecast for Brevard on Friday calls for a 20 percent chance of showers after 1 p.m. Patchy fog before 9 a.m. Otherwise, partly sunny, with a high near 80.

The forecast also calls for light and variable wind becoming east 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

Monday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 67. East southeast wind around 5 mph becoming south after midnight.

Tuesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 81. Southeast wind 5 to 15 mph.

Tuesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 67. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly sunny, with a high near 83. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming east in the afternoon.

Wednesday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers before 1 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 67. East southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Thursday: A 50 percent chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 79. Calm wind becoming west northwest around 5 mph in the afternoon.

Thursday Night: A 40 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 62. Windy, with a north wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 15 to 20 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.

Friday: A 40 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 68. Windy, with a north northeast wind 20 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Friday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 55. Windy, with a northeast wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
