BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA –The National Weather Service in Melbourne forecast for Brevard on Tuesday calls for a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m., partly sunny, with a high near 84.
The forecast also calls for South winds at 5 to 15 mph.
Tuesday Night: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 68. Southwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm after midnight. The chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Wednesday: Showers likely, with thunderstorms also possible after 11 am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 78. South southeast wind 5 to 15 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. The chance of precipitation is 70%.
Wednesday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10 pm, then a chance of showers between 10 pm and 1 am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 51. West northwest wind 10 to 15 mph. The chance of precipitation is 40%.
