All lanes shutdown just south of Lake Washington

Authorities in Melbourne have closed all southbound and northbound lanes on Croton Rd. just south of Lake Washington due to a gas line break in the area.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Authorities in Melbourne have closed all southbound and northbound lanes on Croton Rd. just south of Lake Washington due to a gas line break in the area.

Police are advising motorists to avoid the area and to find an alternate route.

The fire department is currently on scene to assist in the matter.
