BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – While every teacher in Brevard makes a lasting impact in the lives of their students, there are teachers who go the extra mile and are recognized by their colleagues with the honor of being their school’s Teacher of the Year.

These stellar educators from schools across the county were honored at the Teacher of the Year Summit, where they had the opportunity to share ideas and experiences, build community, and celebrate the impact they make on a daily basis.

With the keynote speaker, Jacob Oliva from the Florida Department of Education, highlighting a wide range of educational topics, educators were able to ask important questions and glean a better understanding of the educational system in Florida.

With such dedicated and talented educators, it is no surprise that Brevard and its students continue to shine.
