BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The City of Palm Bay has implemented new procedures for advertising Public Notices.

The City’s Growth Management Department has redesigned Public Notice signs that are larger and easier to read from a distance.

The signs, used to let residents know when a property owner has applied for a land use permit, contain helpful information including case details, public hearing schedules, and contact information.

The new signs also feature a web address for the City’s revamped Public Notice webpage.

The webpage includes public hearing notices, Planning and Zoning news items, and a newly added e-Notification feature that enables residents to sign up to receive Public Notice updates via email.
