Results are in for the 2020 Brevard County Presidential Preference Primary Election as over 100,000 citizens in Brevard County residents casted their ballots on Tuesday.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Results are in for the 2020 Brevard County Presidential Preference Primary Election as over 100,000 citizens in Brevard County residents casted their ballots on Tuesday.

President Donald Trump received the most votes in Brevard County by registering 52,918* votes and winning 93-percent of the Republican vote.

Former Vice President Joe Biden led the Democrats race in Brevard County with 32,767* votes (60.19%). Sen. Bernie Sanders was a distant second place with 13,097* votes (24.06%).

Overall, Brevard County registered a total of 110,971* ballots out of 319,520 registered voters.

For comparison, in March 2016, the total number of ballots cast in the 2016 Brevard County Presidential Preference Primary Election was 152,041 (52.1%).

Turnout among Republicans and Democrats in Brevard County was nearly even as 56,351 republicans cast ballots on Tuesday, while 54,440 democrats cast their ballots.
