Customers can mail payments, use the drop boxes outside the billing offices or pay online

Beginning at 8 a.m. Thursday, March 19, the Mims / North Brevard and Barefoot Bay Utility Billing Offices will be closed to walk-in customers due to the COVID-19 mass gathering restrictions now in place that impact these small space-challenged offices.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Beginning at 8 a.m. Thursday, March 19, the Mims / North Brevard and Barefoot Bay Utility Billing Offices will be closed to walk-in customers due to the COVID-19 mass gathering restrictions now in place that impact these small space-challenged offices.

Customers should mail-in payments, use the drop boxes outside the billing offices or pay online, HERE.

Details are listed on the back of each monthly bill.

Customers who pay in cash should consider using money orders or checks instead. If cash is left in the dropbox, change will not be returned to the customer but instead will be applied to the account. Service shut-offs for customers with delinquent bills have been postponed, however, the delinquent fees will continue to be charged.

Customers wishing to establish service should fill out the application forms found on the County’s website or call the appropriate office for more information.

Customers wishing to close service or who have other questions should contact the appropriate office directly.
