BREVARD COUNTY • WEST MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The West Melbourne Police Department is seeking the identity of a burglary suspect in connection with an incident that took place at L.A. Fitness in West Melbourne.

According to West Melbourne Police Sgt. Graig Erenstoft, the burglary took place on February 20 while the victim was parked at the LA Fitness located at 4454 Hollywood Boulevard.

“The victim returned to their vehicle after working out, to find the side window smashed and the purse was missing,” said Sgt. Erenstoft.

“Store surveillance shows a female suspect who used the victim’s credit card moments later at three different locations in Brevard County.”

The suspect last was seen traveling in a dark-colored pick-up truck.
