Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Bomb Squad Defuses Device on Ideal Avenue NE in Palm Bay

Palm Bay police officers responded to an address on Ideal Avenue NE in response to a suspected explosive device found in a residence on Tuesday evening. The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Bomb Squad responded to assist and the device was located. The bomb squad rendered the device safe and law enforcement has left the area. The incident is currently under investigation.

BREVARD COUNTY • PAM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay police officers responded to an address on Ideal Avenue NE in response to a suspected explosive device found in a residence on Tuesday evening.

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Bomb Squad responded to assist and the device was located.

The bomb squad rendered the device safe and law enforcement has left the area.

The incident is currently under investigation.
