Firefighters Extinguish House Attic Fire in Titusville, No Injuries Reported

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Titusville Fire Department and Brevard County Fire Rescue extinguished a house fire Thursday afternoon on the 4200 block of Alpine Ln. 

The fire was first reported around 3:45 p.m.

Everyone inside the home was able to evacuate before fire rescue crews were on scene.

Once on scene, firefighters made entry and access to the attic space where the fire was located and extinguished.

After extinguishing the blaze, the caller who reported the fire handed a gift to the firefighters, a brand new 20-count box of N95 masks.

“We all know the value in that as it relates to the lack of supply for first responders, healthcare workers and others during this difficult time,” said a spokesperson for the Titusville Fire Department. “Thank you sir for that wonderful gift!”

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
