Space Coast Symphony Orchestra Announces Cancellations or Postpone of Programs Due to COVID-19
By Space Coast Symphony Orchestra // April 6, 2020
Exchange tickets for special flex ticket that can be used from now through Season 12

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – To help protect the health and safety of Space Coast Symphony Orchestra patrons, staff, musicians, and volunteers, we have made the difficult decision to cancel or postpone the programs listed below.
This follows with the recommendation from the Center of Disease Control to limit the gathering of groups of more than 10 people.
The programs/events affected by this are:
• FAN FAVORITES REDUX: March 21 & 22
This program has been tentatively rescheduled for May
• WHIFFENPOOFS: A FUNDRAISER: April 3 and 7
• FROM THE FLAT TO THE SILVER SCREEN: April 4 and 5
• DVORAK, BOLLING & FUCHS: April 18 and 19
If you are a ticket holder to a postponed or canceled concert, please consider the below options and help alleviate the financial impact on cultural organizations.
Here are some ways you can make a difference:
• Please donate your canceled ticket. You will receive a tax-deductible receipt for the value of the ticket.
• Exchange your tickets for a special flex ticket that can be used from now through Season 12 (April 2020 – May 2021).
• Ask for a non-cash credit. You can use the credit against any future concert.
To donate or exchange your tickets, please email Ellen at ellen@spacecoastsymphony.org or call the Box Office 855-252-7276.
In our 11-year history, we cannot remember a time when the Space Coast Symphony has had to fall silent.
We stand in solidarity with our sister organizations around the world – all stages and theaters will be dark. We are heartbroken that we can’t perform for you publicly – especially at a time when we all need the power of music.
The financial impact of canceling performances will be significant, and it WILL threaten the future of performers/musicians.
The Space Coast Symphony Orchestra continues behind the scenes, striving to stay financially healthy during this stressful time. Your support will ensure that we can continue in the months ahead.
