As of April 23, there have been 235 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Brevard

WATCH: Brevard County Director of Communications Don Walker talks about COVID-19 testing through the Department of Health-Brevard. Walker said as of April 23, there have been 235 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Brevard and 6,076 confirmed negative according to the Brevard Emergency Operations Center.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Director of Communications Don Walker talks about COVID-19 testing through the Department of Health-Brevard.

Walker said as of April 23, there have been 235 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Brevard and 6,076 confirmed negative according to the Brevard Emergency Operations Center.

To date, 227 of the 235 COVID-19 cases in Brevard are residents.

There have been eight deaths and 46 hospitalizations from COVID-19 in Brevard

Department of Health-Brevard offers free drive-thru testing for residents with either a 100.4 or above fever, cough, or shortness of breath. Call 321-454-7141 to schedule an appointment.
