BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County has reported 326 cases of COVID-19 as of Friday, according to the Florida Department of Health.
According to the Florida Department of Health, the demographic breakdown of the age of those testing positive ranges from 1 to 94, with the median age being 53 years of age, and 49 percent are male and 51 percent are female.
The current Brevard list includes 326 Florida residents and nine non-residents.
Brevard has recorded nine deaths-related to COVID-19.
The Florida Department of Health reports 11,683 tests have been administered in Brevard County with 2.8% testing positive. According to Friday’s report,11,364 of those tests have come back negative and three were inconclusive.
The Florida Department of Health has reported 371 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Friday. A total of 39,199 confirmed cases of COVID-1 with 6,929 hospitalizations across Florida.
Deaths attributed to COVID-19 in Florida are 1,669. as of Friday.
In the U.S., 1,314,295 confirmed cases have been reported and 78,248 deaths have been attributed to COVID-19. Global cases reported are 3,910,783 with 272,778 global deaths.
