BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a new suspect in the latest edition of “Fishing for Fugitives” as Sheriff Wayne Ivey comes to you from Dr. Robert A. Anderson Stormwater Park in Rockledge.
In this episode, Sheriff Ivey featured his “Catch of the Day” as 37-year-old Phillip Wayne Harris.
Harris is wanted for two warrants that include the following:
Warrant 1 – Violation of Probation Reference.
Warrant 2 – Manufacture of Methamphetamine.
Sheriff Ivey says that Harris is known to be in the “waters of the Melbourne area” and was last “hooked” November 30, 2017.
Harris has no bond.
Anyone who has a tip about Phillip Wayne Harris’ whereabouts is asked to call Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS (8477).

“If you’re the ‘Catch of the Day,’ you know what to do, turn yourself in and do the right thing – don’t make our Fugitive Unit come to get you. Because if you don’t turn yourself in, I promise you, they aren’t far from your house,” said Sheriff Ivey.
“Let’s make the Space Coast a safer place to live by assisting the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in the apprehension of wanted fugitives, or in this case, the chance to “Hook ’em and Book ’em.”
