BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – With less than week away until human spaceflight returns to the Space Coast, SpaceX’s Crew Dragon Capsule, and a Falcon 9 rocket, have arrived in Brevard County ahead of next Wednesday’s historic rocket launch.

NASA astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley will be heading to the International Space Station May 27 on the first commercialized human spaceflight from Florida’ Space Coast since 2011.

Launch is targeted 4:33 p.m. for liftoff at Kennedy Space Center.

The Demo-2 mission will serve as an end-to-end flight test to validate the SpaceX crew transportation system, from launch to docking to splashdown.
