BREVARD COUNTY • ROCKLEDGE, FLORIDA – Friday Night Locker Room’s Orville Susong and Steve Wilson visited Michelle Johnson, owner of Rockledge Barber Shop, to discuss the recent reopening of the barbershop and how COVID-19 has affected her business since closing in March.

On Monday, Gov. Ron DeSantis lifted the order that forced all barbershops, hair salons and nail salons in Florida to close due to COVID-19.

Rockledge Barber Shop, located on 563 Barton Blvd Suite #12 in Rockledge, has served the community and been in business for over 30 years.

After reopening on Tuesday, May 12, the new reality has made appointments necessary.

“This is a new experience for us with the appointments and we ask for your patience,” said Johnson.

“We will try and do our very best to make this as easy as possible on everyone.”

Rockledge Barber Shop offers traditional barbering that includes regular men’s cuts, fades, flat tops and tapering finished, along with straight razor shave on neck.

They also take great pride in staying up-to-date with today’s styles.

To make an appointment, call 321-636-5853 to reserve a day and time.
