WEATHER OUTLOOK: Brevard’s Forecast Friday Includes Chance of Thunderstorms, High Near 81

The National Weather Service in Melbourne forecast on Friday calls for a chance of showers between 8 a.m and 2 p.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. The skies will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 81.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service in Melbourne forecast on Friday calls for a chance of showers between 8 a.m and 2 p.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. The skies will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 81.

The forecast also calls for East wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

On Friday night, there is a  40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 69. East northeast wind 10 to 15 mph.

Saturday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 84. North northeast wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 66. North wind 5 to 10 mph.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 86. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming north northeast in the afternoon.

Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 66. Northeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Monday: Sunny, with a high near 89. Calm wind becoming south around 5 mph in the afternoon.

Monday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 68. Southwest wind around 5 mph.

Tuesday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 87. Southwest wind 5 to 15 mph.

Tuesday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 67. West southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 86. West southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 66. West southwest wind around 5 mph.

Thursday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 87. Light west southwest wind becoming southwest 5 to 10 mph in the morning.
