Brevard Fire Rescue, Brevard County Animal Services Team Members Rescue Two Trapped Dogs in Merritt Island

BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA – Brevard County Fire Rescue and Brevard County Animal Services were heroes, once again, after they rescued two dogs on Saturday in Merritt Island.

The dogs were stuck under a shed and removed by rescue personnel, according to Brevard Fire Rescue.

Officials say the rescue required a bit of work and a little coaxing to get the dogs to safety, but they were eventually able to bring the dogs out from under the shed and to safety.

The dogs were left unharmed.

BCFR engine 42 C was on the scene to assist in the rescue.
