PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA – Democratic Presidential Candidate Joe Biden delivered remarks about the recent civil unrests across American cities from the past week.

Biden began the address with the words of ‘I Can’t Breath’ which paid tribute to some of the final words of George Floyd who died in police custody in a viral video that showed Floyd pinned to the ground with a knee to the neck by Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin who has since been arrested and charged with third-degree murder.

“We need to take a hard look at the system that allows the tragedies to keep happening,” Biden said.
