Betty Lou Whitehouse, 88, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020, in Titusville, Florida from a heart attack.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Betty Lou Whitehouse, 88, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020, in Titusville, Florida from a heart attack.

Betty enjoyed attending her son’s football games and was an active member of the Titusville Terrier Booster Club. She also enjoyed getting dolled up and often gave her neighbors and friends perms and highlights.

She had a fun sense of humor and was known to play light-hearted practical jokes.

Betty was a lifelong Dallas Cowboy fan and felt proud to be from her home state of Texas. She would also want to remind you: Gig ‘em Aggies! She had a soft spot for country music, yellow roses, and sparkly jewelry.

She was predeceased by her loving parents, Homer and Josephine Jenkins, her dear husband, Ben Whitehouse Jr, and her sweet siblings Royce, Mary, and Barbara.

She is survived by her daughter Lou Ann Thurston (Guy) of Titusville, Florida; son Brent Whitehouse (Hillary) of Bradenton, Florida; granddaughter Jennifer Slavetskas (Justin) of Binghamton, New York; granddaughter Kelsey Whitehouse of Deltona, Florida; grandson Michael Lorow (Morgan) of Allentown, Pennsylvania; and cherished great-grandchildren Adalyn, Benjamin, Autumn and Brandon.
