Rockledge High School Track & Field Standout Jade King Commits to North Carolina A&T

BREVARD COUNTY, ROCKLEDGE • FLORIDA – Rockledge Raiders track & field standout Jade King officially recently committed to North Carolina A&T via social media.

During this year’s Space Coast Daily–Friday Night Locker Room Breakfast of Champions virtual award ceremony presented by Orville Susong and Steve Wilson, King was honored as the 2020 track and field Athlete of the Year.

King has an impressive resume, including multiple Junior Olympic Games appearances and numerous first-place finishes at Rockledge High School in the 100m hurdles.

She finished her career as the fifth-best track and field athlete of all time at Rockledge High and the 11th best in the conference. As a jumper, she finished third-best in school history and fifth-best in conference history.

The North Carolina A&T commit holds records at Rockledge High School for the long jump, high jump, 100m and 300m hurdles.
