BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – The excitement is building as the completion of Brevard’s newest school, now officially named Viera Elementary is nearly complete. Principal Adrienne Schwab has been offering several Facebook Live sneak peeks and updates to the families who are attending.

There is a special surprise in store soon, and we are excited to share some unique and very special features of this school that truly make show how it is being built with the classrooms of tomorrow in mind.

There is a $30 application fee associated with this open enrollment opportunity. As always, waivers are available for families who qualify.

The waitlist application period has been open since April 13 and will end on July 17, 2020.

The state-of-the-art school will accommodate 970 students in grades K-6 and ease the burden of nearby Quest Elementary, which is well over its maximum enrollment as a result of the considerable growth West Viera has seen in recent years.

The school will be an “open boundary school” – a new concept that will permit students from anywhere in Brevard to enter a lottery to attend.
