Weather Conditions 60-Percent Favorable for SpaceX Falcon 9 Rocket Launch Tonight from Cape Canaveral

WATCH REPLAY!  The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket carrying NASA astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley aboard the company’s Crew Dragon spacecraft launched from Kennedy Space Center’s historic Launch Pad 39A at 3:22 p.m. EDT, kicking off a critical final flight test of the SpaceX crew transportation system.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The latest weather forecast for tonight’s SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch shows conditions are 60-percent favorable for launch at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, according to the 45th Weather Squadron.

Launch is targeted for 9:25 p.m. ET

The mission will carry Starlink 7, which has around 60 satellites that will be deployed in space as part of the SpaceX’s Starlink broadband network.

Following stage separation, SpaceX will attempt to recover the first stage booster engine on drone ship ‘Of Course, I Still Love You’ stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
