BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne police detectives are seeking the whereabouts of 34-year-old Cedric Darnell Thornton and asking for help from the public.

Thorton is wanted for trafficking heroin, use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.

Thorton is 5-foot-9 and 34 years old.

He is known to frequent the South Melbourne area.

If you know the whereabouts of Thorton, Melbourne police authorities ask that you contact Crimeline at 1-800-423-Tips. Police urge you not to approach either fugitive or attempt to apprehend them.
