ABOVE VIDEO: The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a new suspect in the latest edition of “Fishing for Fugitives” as Sheriff Wayne Ivey comes to you from Manatee Cove Park in Merritt Island. In this episode, Sheriff Ivey featured his “Catch of the Day” as 40-year-old Travis William Palmer.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a new suspect in the latest edition of “Fishing for Fugitives” as Sheriff Wayne Ivey comes to you from Manatee Cove Park in Merritt Island.

In this episode, Sheriff Ivey featured his “Catch of the Day” as 40-year-old Travis William Palmer.

Palmer is wanted for Violation of Probation reference five counts of Grand Theft ($10K-20K).

Sheriff Ivey says that Palmer is known to be in the “waters of the Cocoa area” and was last “hooked” January 30, 2019.

Palmer has $20,390.50 bond.

Anyone who has a tip about Travis William Palmer’s whereabouts is asked to call Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS (8477).

“If you’re the ‘Catch of the Day,’ you know what to do, turn yourself in and do the right thing – don’t make our Fugitive Unit come to get you. Because if you don’t turn yourself in, I promise you, they aren’t far from your house,” said Sheriff Ivey.

“Let’s make the Space Coast a safer place to live by assisting the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in the apprehension of wanted fugitives, or in this case, the chance to “Hook ’em and Book ’em.”
