Youssef Amir can be rightly described as one of the major names in the fitness industry. From battling to correct poor posture to enrolling at a local gym and eventually launching his fitness brand, Youssef seems to have been on every side of the fitness cycle.
The decision to launch Udefy, where he offers movement assessments, personal training sessions, and massage therapy services to clients across the globe, was borne out of the desire to help people learn about their bodies.
Research has shown that 50 percent of businesses fail in their first year of operation, with only about 66% of small businesses surviving their first two years.
Several factors have been attributed to these sad statistics, but the one that has been most emphasized is inadequate planning and ineffective implementation of strategies.
While this claim cannot be brushed aside, studies have revealed that there are really no clear-cut ways of succeeding, especially as an entrepreneur.
Each individual often has a set of rules that work for them as it is not a one-size-fits-all case. However, there are always attributes common to every successful entrepreneur. Youssef Amir has described his major success factors as passion and effort.
“In my opinion, the secret to success dials down to passion and effort. I believe being passionate about something is a crucial variable to success. If you’re not making much money, or if the world economy is collapsing, you still love it because you have a passion for it. That being said, passion alone is not going to cut it; you still have to put that work in day in and day out. There is no “online course” or a “system” that you can buy to become successful,” said Youssef Amir.
Youssef’s passion and desire to help people are evident in his business.
His relatively young Udefy has already touched thousands of lives worldwide, with his online presence making it easy for him to reach his clients regardless of location.
“What excites me the most about my business right now is that more and more people are starting to realize the importance of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to get in touch with these people, step into their lives, and help guide their path to success,” said Youssef Amir.
