Ray Pang Si Heng grew up in an Asian culture in Singapore. He completed his education from River Valley High School and graduated with a Bachelor Of Business, from Monash University, Australia.

Ray has a rebellious and outspoken personality and that gained him a reputation in school. “Having a reputation will result in people having a polarising opinion of you”, Ray said.

Ray had loyal friends, but also haters that hated him to the bone. He learnt from these real-life experiences, “I knew how to handle the negative comments of other people and came to understand that life is not about pleasing everyone, it’s about finding your tribe of people who you can trust and truly care about you.” Ray stated.

His experiences during college gave rise to him discovering his potential as a leader. After graduating from Monash, he was hired by a FinTech start-up, “Even though I was given the role of being a “marketing associate”, I was doing so many things – operations, finance, partnerships, executive meetings, strategy sessions, and so many more.”

However due to financial issues, the company had to lay him off. That was when he decided to look for skills he can acquire to start creating multiple sources of income.

When Ray was first starting out in his business reaching out to new people, he came in contact with Wade Foxx, a serial entrepreneur and a global connector who was looking for a high performer to close appointment deals for his company.

Wade chose Ray over everyone else. “In the world of business, you only have one chance to make an awesome first impression. And I made sure that Wade wouldn’t forget about me.

The first thing I did, I took the initiative to reach out to Wade to send him a selfie video introduction. Second of all, I knew as a team leader that Authenticity is King.

Especially when it comes to building relationships with the power players in your industry. So instead of coming up with some fake script and memorizing it and coming across as awkward and scripted, I came in filming a video to genuinely connect with Wade to find out how I can help him”, Ray stated.

This started the working relationship between Ray and Wade through which they were able to build Speaker Agency into the 7-figure business it is today.

The first 7-figure client with whom Ray worked with was Joel Brown, the founder of the number 1 motivational website in the world addicted2success.com.

As a value-driven individual who constantly overdelivers, he was able to get beat Joel’s record of 25 new members in the very first month into his online program.

Due to the results he was able to deliver for his clients, Australian business coach Sasha Karabut was connected with him.

That was when he cemented his authority as an expert in his space by helping Sasha successfully launch the PushPeak Summit with Jordan Belfort, The Wolf Of Wall Street.

“I knew how to network with the right people, because I knew how to inspire people with congruence by backing up my words with action. And because I know what my strengths and weaknesses are, I’ve grown faster than anyone else in my immediate social circle. And the best part? I’m ONLY beginning”, Ray remarked.

At present, the 25-year-old is a serial entrepreneur and owns/co-owns multiple businesses.
