SpaceX has pushed back the launch of a Falcon 9 rocket from Kennedy Space Center to Friday, August 7, instead of Thursday as previously scheduled.

BREVARD COUNTY • KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLORIDA – SpaceX has pushed back the launch of a Falcon 9 rocket from Kennedy Space Center to Friday, August 7, instead of Thursday as previously scheduled.

Launch is targeted for 1:12 a.m. ET

The mission will carry Starlink 9 which will be the tenth batch of satellites designated for SpaceX’s Starlink broadband network.

Following first stage separation, SpaceX will attempt to recover the first stage booster engine on drone ship ‘Of Course, I Still Love You’ stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
