ABOVE VIDEO: The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is seeking 26-year-old Vaughn Stone in the latest edition of “Fishing for Fugitives,” as Sheriff Wayne Ivey comes to you from Manatee Cove Park in Merritt Island.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is seeking 26-year-old Vaughn Stone in the latest edition of “Fishing for Fugitives,” as Sheriff Wayne Ivey comes to you from Manatee Cove Park in Merritt Island.

In this episode Sheriff Ivey is seeking Stone who is wanted for Violation of Pretrial Release reference Possession of less than 28 Grams of Cocaine.

Sheriff Ivey says that Stone is known to be in the “waters of the Merritt Island area” and was last “hooked” June  15, 2020.

Stone has a $5,000 bond.

“If you’re the ‘Catch of the Day,’ you know what to do, turn yourself in and do the right thing – don’t make our Fugitive Unit come to get you. Because if you don’t turn yourself in, I promise you, they aren’t far from your house,” said Sheriff Ivey.

“Let’s make the Space Coast a safer place to live by assisting the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in the apprehension of wanted fugitives, or in this case, the chance to “Hook ’em and Book ’em.”
