WATCH: Paddock Mall and Wrestler Titus O’Neil Host Back to School Fest, Backpack Giveaway

WATCH: Just last week, the Paddock Mall hosted its annual Back to School Fest. This year, in partnership with Thaddeus Bullard also known as WWE Superstar Titus O’Neil and the Bullard Family Foundation, the event included a special backpack and school supply giveaway benefiting local families with K-12 students attending school this month.

The event was free and open to the public.

To ensure everyone’s safety at the event, AdventHealth Ocala provided temperature checks and hand sanitizer to all guests. Masks were required to be worn at all times for guests and staff in attendance.

O’Neil was joined by Joe Johnson, President, and CEO of AdventHealth Ocala, in distributing backpacks. In addition to the school supply giveaway, the event included vendors, fun activities, and entertainment.

“We are proud to partner with such amazing foundations and members of the community to help give back to Marion County families this year,” said Ashley Wheeler-Gerds, General Manager, Paddock Mall, and Gaitway Plaza.
