On Sunday night, showers and thunderstorms are likely before 11 p.m.
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA– The National Weather Service in Melbourne forecast on Sunday calls for a chance of showers and thunderstorms then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 2 p.m. Partly sunny skies, with a high near 89. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph.
The forecast also calls for the chance of precipitation to be at 60%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
On Sunday night, showers and thunderstorms are likely before 11 p.m, then a slight chance of showers after 2 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 75. West southwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Monday: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after noon. Partly sunny, with a high near 93. Heat index values as high as 102. South wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
