Brevard Sheriff’s Agents Dismantle Drug Trafficking Ring, Effort Leads To 32 Arrests, 12 Still at Large

Agents arrested several individuals that were involved in multiple gang-related shootings

BREVARD COUNTY SHERIFF WAYNE IVEY: I am very pleased to announce that the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has culminated a criminal investigation targeting a drug distribution and related violence organization operating in Brevard County. Sheriff’s Agents seized 8 firearms, approximately $55,000 in U.S. currency and trafficking amounts heroin, fentanyl and cocaine.

The Special Investigations Unit began this investigation with undercover narcotics agents buying amounts of fentanyl, heroin and methamphetamine from distributors in this organization

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – I am very pleased to announce that the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has culminated a criminal investigation targeting a drug distribution and related violence organization operating in Brevard County.

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit conducted an investigation into a drug trafficking organization operating in Brevard County.

The Special Investigations Unit began this investigation with undercover narcotics agents buying amounts of fentanyl, heroin and methamphetamine from distributors in this organization.

Throughout the course of this investigation, Sheriff Agents identified the organization members distributing drugs obtained from suppliers in Miami and Tampa.

Also during this investigation, Sheriff Agents arrested several individuals that were involved in multiple gang-related shootings that occurred as related to the drug organization. Sheriff’s Agents seized 8 firearms, approximately $55,000 in U.S. currency and trafficking amounts heroin, fentanyl and cocaine.

As a result of the investigation, 32 subjects were arrested for crimes ranging from Conspiracy and Trafficking in Heroin, Fentanyl and Cocaine to Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO).

These charges bring penalties upon conviction of from three to 25 years in prison.

Trevor Dean Zag Stillwell, 27, Cocoa, Charges: Solicitation to Sell Heroin, Conspiracy to Possess Heroin, Unlawful Use of a Two Way Communication Device, Conspiracy to Traffic Heroin (28 or More Grams) and Unlawful Use of a Two Way Communication Device. Bond: $75,000.
Jeremy Benjamin Howard, 21, Cocoa, Charges: Criminal Attempt to Solicit Conspire, Possession Controlled Substance while in Physical Control of Motor Vehicle, Sale of Cocaine. Bond: $210,000.
Katrina Denise Wooden, 46, Miami Gardens, Charges: Solicitation to Traffic Heroin (28 or more grams), Conspiracy to Traffic Heroin (28 or more grams). Bond: $150,000.
Robert Lubin, 32, Titusville, Charges: Solicitation to Traffic Heroin (28 or more grams), Conspiracy to Traffic Heroin (28 or more grams). Bond: $150,000.
Adam M Harris, 31, Cocoa, Charges: Solicitation to Sell Heroin, Conspiracy to Possess Heroin, Unlawful Use of a Two Way Communication Device. Bond: $40,000.
Angel Bishop, 46, Cocoa, Charges: Solicitation to Sell Cocaine, Solicitation to Sell Heroin, Conspiracy to Possess Cocaine, Conspiracy to Possess Heroin, Unlawful Use of a Two Way Communication Device. Bond: $45,000.
Alisha Marie Rockwood, 29, Titusville, Charges: Solicitation to Sell Cocaine, Solicitation to Sell Heroin (2 counts), Conspiracy to Possess Cocaine, Conspiracy to Possess Heroin, Unlawful Use of a Two Way Communication Device. Bond: $50,000.
April Lee Velisek, 47, Merritt Island, Charges: Solicitation to Sell Heroin, Conspiracy to Possess Heroin, Unlawful Use of a Two Way Communication Device. Bond: $15,000.

Twelve additional suspects remain at large. These individuals have active warrants for their arrest.
