Eastern Florida State Women’s Golf Team Places Fourth at 2020 Innisbrook Invitational

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College women’s golf team placed fourth at the Invite at Innisbrook in Palm Harbor on Tuesday.

The women’s golf team struggled a bit in the final round, shooting a 338 but held on to the fourth place. Host Dalton State won the event with the best round of the tournament – a 301 in the final round.

The women’s golf team was led by sophomore Delia Timpy, who finished tied for 15th while her sister Olivia Timpy finished 17th in her first tournament.

Elise Boccabella finished tied for 18th while freshmen Kira Shellman was 21st and Gabrielle Fernandez tied for 24th overall.

The women’s golf team will travel to Palm Beach Gardens for the Keiser Invitational on Oct. 5-6.
