The Obloy Family Ranch is located on a historic property in Merritt Island, which dates back to the 1890s when it operated as a navel orange grove and later transitioned to become one of Florida’s first gator ranches.

In 2015, the Obloy family purchased the ranch and helped transform the property into a wildlife sanctuary and farm, adding horseback riding trails, restoring and restocking freshwater ponds, and adding a new event venue, the Barn Stall Winery & Wedding Barn.

“We focus on wildlife preservation and value education on conservation, culture, and history,” said Samantha Skinner.

“We love our animals! They are the best, friendliest and the most unique bunch of furry, scaly, and feathery friends we could ask for. Through a lot of tender loving care given to these animals, they are healthy and capable of giving love while living a stress-free life on the ranch.”

THE OBLOY FAMILY RANCH is located at 165 Gator Drive on Merritt Island. For more information, call 321-848-2486 or email ObloyFamilyRanch@gmail.com

BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – The “Symphony for Everyone” moniker takes on a different meaning when the Space Coast Symphony Orchestra presents a drive-up program crafted by its audience.

Fan Favorites Redux will be presented at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 11 in Vero Beach and Saturday, September 12 in Viera.

Tickets for the drive-up concerts are $10 per person or $25 per carful of adults at SpaceCoastSymphony.org or Marine Bank & Trust branches in Vero Beach and Suntree. Admission is free for ages 18 and under or with a student ID.

Advance online ticket sales are encouraged, to help limit social interaction with parking attendants. For more information, call toll free to 855-252-7276 or visit SpaceCoastSymphony.org

The result of hundreds of requests over 11 performing seasons, Fan Favorites Redux is chock full of popular works by Gershwin, Ravel, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Rossini, Beethoven, and more.

SCSO Principal Trombonist, Alex Regazzi is the featured soloist for the virtuosic showpiece, “Blue Bells of Scotland.”

Andrew Cleaver will provide the comic play-by-play narration during the PDQ Bach version of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5.

For the drive-in concerts, musicians perform safely distanced from each other, while concert attendees are invited to set up their own seating next to their vehicles. Concert-goers may also remain in their cars and tune their radios to a live feed of the music.

Through the end of the year, all Treasure Coast drive-up concerts will be performed at Pathway Church, 1105 58th Avenue in Vero Beach. Space Coast drive-up concerts will be performed at the east end of The Avenue Viera, 2261 Town Center Avenue in Melbourne.

Advance online ticket sales are encouraged, to help limit social interaction with parking attendants. For more information, call toll free to 855-252-7276 or visit SpaceCoastSymphony.org.

Space Coast Symphony Orchestra Conductor and Artistic Director Aaron Collins knows Fan Favorites Redux will only touch the tip of the iceberg as the orchestra performed the first Fan Favorites concert in the 2017-18 season.

“We have a list 11 seasons long of favorites the audience would love to hear,” said Collins.

“Nevertheless, we’ve tried hard to satisfy as many requests as possible with this really diverse program of great music. And we are especially happy to have a chance to feature the talented Alex Regazzi in an iconic work for trombone.”

Advance online ticket sales are encouraged, to help limit social interaction with parking attendants. For more information, call toll free to 855-252-7276 or visit SpaceCoastSymphony.org
