BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – If you’ve ever driven by a construction area in Viera and wondered, “what is that going to be?” — then you won’t want to miss this chance to get all your questions answered.

Viera-based One Senior Place, located at 8085 Spyglass Hill Road, will host “What’s New in Viera?” on Sept. 29 at 5:30 p.m.

Fielding questions for The Viera Company will be Eva Rey, Director of Community Management, Amenities and Communications for the developer.

Eva Rey is a professional public administrator with over 20 years of experience in the public sector at the state, county, and special district levels and 9 years in the private sector working with homeowners’ associations. Rey was hired by The Viera Company for the newly created position of Director of Community Management in 2015.

Rey will paint a picture of the next 30 years in a presentation of the Viera Company’s master plan for the community.

She will also address the Viera Town Center and the new commercial, residential, and retail development projects, Borrows West. Look for information on current and projected demographics, roadways, and the Pineda extension update, parks, golf cart use, and more.

Afterward, the public is invited to participate in a question and answer session with Rey, who also manages the company’s public relations, social media, resident engagement and education and media communications functions.
