BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne police detectives are seeking the whereabouts of three fugitives and seeking help from the public.

• Shelly Donnell Frye is wanted for two charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Frye, 31, is 5-foot-11 and known to frequent the  Melbourne and Palm Bay area.

• Earl Jasper Shaw is wanted for the sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine, and possession of cocaine with intent to sell.

Shaw is 6-foot-2, and known to frequent the south Melbourne area.

• Samantha Ann Martin is wanted for uttering a forged document, forgery, and theft.

Martin is 5-foot-11, and known to frequent the Melbourne and Cocoa area.

Police urge you not to approach either fugitive or attempt to apprehend them.
