Neuman is an experienced leader and has previously served as an elected city clerk.
A non-profit fundraiser by trade, Neuman has raised over $3 million dollars for charitable organizations such as Prevent Child Abuse America. With experience serving groups of varying ages and demographics, Neuman has a unique insight into the diverse needs within a community.
