BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – On the morning of September 11, 2001, our world came to a screeching halt as Muslim terrorists bombed the World Trade Center and the Pentagon and United Airlines Flight 93 crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

For many, it was a day that we will never forget, and as a nation, must ensure is never forgotten for generations to come.

To commemorate and honor the victims and heroes that lost their lives on Sept. 11, 2001, Space Coast Daily TV will feature the Friday Night Locker Room’s Steve Wilson and Orville Susong as they provide live coverage of events in Viera and Merritt Island on the 19th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attack.

The first event will take place at 11 a.m. at The Avenue Viera, located at 2261 Town Center Avenue.

The Avenue Viera will have flowers and flags available for guests to lay on the World Trade Center beam memorial. This seven-foot-long, one-ton steel beam was recovered from the rubble of the World Trade Center after the terrorist attacks on September 11th, 2001.
