Wife of Disney World Worker Charged in His Death Five Years After Victim Went Missing

DISNEY WORLD MONORAIL MECHANIC HAD BEEN MISSING SINCE 2015

(WFLAOrlando) – The wife of a man who worked at Disney World and was found dead in her backyard is now charged with killing him.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office arrested Laurie Leigh Shaver on a charge of second-degree homicide on Thursday.

In March 2018, deputies found remains later confirmed to belong to Michael Shaver, a Disney monorail mechanic who had been missing since 2015.
