World of Mazes, a Must-Play Episodic Adventure Game, Coming to Mobile Devices and High-End VR

A strong narrative is now more present than ever before in the gaming industry, and World of Mazes sets a great example for this.
Even though as mentioned, the narrative is now one of the key elements in gaming, it’s not the same for all gaming platforms. Mobile gaming and VR are more modern platforms, and the narrative development in these has not been as bright. World of Mazes is set to shake things up!
While initially available for Oculus Go, World of Mazes is now expanding its horizons into higher-end VR platforms and headsets.
RiseAngle, Inc., the developer and publisher of World of Mazes hasn’t officially announced the specific platforms but based on some statements from the founder, Kaveh Vahdat, on the company’s website, “all important VR platforms” i.e. supposedly HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Oculus Quest seem to be next in the list.
But that’s not all; mobile gaming has been getting more and more popular lately, and since people from all over the world already use smartphones it makes it the most accessible platform.
World of Mazes started on Oculus Go with the release of its first two chapters, Chapter 1: Saving Princess Maya, and Chapter 2: Secrets of the Ancients and it attracted a lot of interest from pro gamers and newbies alike.
Sadly, Oculus Go market is now going away, and RiseAngle considered that initial release to test if the games had enough raving fans before bringing them to more prominent platforms such as mobile.
As of the company’s announcement, that was “a defining moment” for the company and Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 releases surpassed their expectations and generated lots of great reviews and ratings from raving fans. Accordingly, it made up their mind to bring the game series to mobile devices as well.

Travel to different planets with complicated mechanisms that turn them into giant mazes. The only way you can get out from a planet and into the next one is by solving the puzzles and completing the maze, once you do that you can access a special portal that will transport you immediately.

This game is mostly a puzzle-solving based game, but it sets a pretty original standard for storytelling, especially in the case of VR gaming. Not only the puzzles will have to make decisions and explore the world, but it will also show you the real consequences of your actions.
This game will have you thinking, not only in how to solve the puzzles, but what is the morally correct way to deal with the many hardships present through the game. And that’s something you don’t really see much in games like these.

While World of Mazes is an adventure that’s set to send you out of this world in VR, there is a big problem that VR may not be accessible to everybody.
However, if you want to play this game you won’t need to spend all that money on an expensive VR set. The game is soon coming out to be available for mobile devices.
Sure, using a VR set gives you a lot of cool advantages and control features, but developers at RisingAngle understand that it’s really hard for a lot of people to get a nice VR kit.
So to make this amazing story available for many more people to play, they are porting the game into mobile devices.
