Andrew Napolitano: Columnist and Senior Judicial Analyst for Fox News

Judge Andrew Napolitano is one of the foremost judicial analysts of this decade. He was born in 1950 in Newark, New Jersey.

Since his childhood, he enjoyed doing well in school and knew one day he wanted to make a difference.

He attended one of the most prestigious schools in the world, Princeton University, and then later went on to Notre Dame Law School.

After teaching at Delaware Law School for a short time, he sat on the New Jersey bench in 1987. He was the youngest judge at the time to be on the Superior Court.

After 1995, the Judge resigned and practiced judicial matters privately.

He became a professor at the Seton Hall University of Law for over ten years. In addition, he expanded his professional career by becoming a professor at Brooklyn Law School from 2013-2017.

He greatly loved to teach and give the highest quality education to his students. His passion for law and the court system resonated with many of his students and he has become a pillar in the legal and academic communities.

According to Reason, while he was a professor, he curated many academic works. This included “The News Person’s Shield Law: A Welcome Acceptance by the Federal Courts of Important State Privilege.”

It was published in New Jersey Lawyer Magazine in 1985.

In addition, “Whatever Happened to Freedom of Speech? A defense of ‘State Interest of the Highest Order’ as a Unifying Standard for Erratic First Amendment Jurisprudence.”

As seen in Seton Hall Law Review, 1999. Next, “Liberty v. Tyranny: A Constant Struggle”, was produced in Regent University’s Law Review in 2010. Finally, “A Legal History of National Security Law and Individual Rights in the United States”, was published in 2014 under the New York University Law School Journal of Law and Liberty.

At Fox, Napolitano has been an instrumental part of the network’s success; particularly in lending his libertarian philosophy to the network’s viewers on-air.

During his tenure at Fox, Judge Napolitano has hosted his own talk radio program on the Fox News Radio station. He also has hosted a show titled Freedom Watch, which aired daily on the Fox Business network.

During his tenure as the host of Freedom Watch, Napolitano built a loyal and supportive audience of supporters and followers.

Judge Napolitano is Fox’s Senior Judicial Analyst. He regularly appears across Fox’s multitude of highly rated programs on the network, to offer his commentary on the political issues of the day.

Those have included shows as diverse as Fox & Friends, The O’Reilly Factor, The Kelly File, and many more.

Judge Napolitano is also a prolific author with a number of bestsellers under his belt.

These include; Constitutional Chaos. The Constitution in Exile, A Nation of Sheep, Dred Scott’s Revenge, Lies The Government Told You, It Is Dangerous to Be Right When the Government Is Wrong, Theodore and Woodrow, The Freedom Answer Book, and Suicide Pact.

All those books were meticulously researched and their reviews certainly reflect that.

He has collaborated with a number of highly regarded colleagues to ensure that the evidence in those books is completely true and untouched by political powers.

Overall, Napolitano has been a tremendous public figure for many and has done an amazing job as a judge for this nation.
